Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items such as innerwear, jewelry, and items purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
